Cancellation & Refunds

Cloudy Decor reserves the right to accept or reject any order at its sole discretion without providing any reason.
Orders once placed can be canceled only before they are dispatched. Post-dispatch, cancellations will not be accepted. In case of RTO (Return to Origin), ₹200 will be deducted and the remaining amount will be refunded.
Refunds will be processed only in case of defective, damaged, or wrong products. To initiate a return, please contact us within 7 days of delivery (Parcel open video required for return or cancel) and refund process after RTO 3-4 working day.
